Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
Develop and implement an effective onboarding program to ensure smooth employee integration.
Employee Relations:
Build and maintain positive employee relations.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively and fairly.
Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Training & Development:
Identify and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Assist in the development of career paths for employees.
Compensation & Benefits:
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Conduct salary surveys and make recommendations for salary adjustments.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
