Requirements:

Functional Skills: Strong knowledge of best HR practices, labor laws & regulations and market trends.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (CFT).

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High emotional intelligence and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Experience managing external vendors and training partners.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to identify gaps and recommend process improvements.

Training Certifications

Responsibilities:

Oversee all HR functions, employee relations, and performance management.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.

Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Training & development - Identify training needs, develop training calendar & organize/deliver training programs.

Talent retention - Analyze turnover trends and recommend actionable steps to improve employee satisfaction and employer branding. Partner with management & functional heads/teams to develop retention strategies.

Manage employee welfare programs and address employee concerns.

Align EHS HR practices (in line with Customer auditory requirements), ensuring compliance with industry standards.
