Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure hiring of quality candidates.
• Oversee the employee onboarding process and ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Nurture a positive working environment by fostering company culture and values.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring competitive and fair compensation structures.
• Assess training needs, develop training programs, and ensure delivery to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
• Manage the HR department's day-to-day operations, including documentation, employee files, and compliance requirements.
