HR and Finance Manager

Role & responsibilities

Payroll Management:

• Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
• Maintain payroll records and handle any discrepancies or issues.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to payroll and taxation.
• Prepare payroll reports and analyze data to assist in budget planning.

Finance Duties:

• Assist in financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Monitor company expenses, generate financial reports, and analyze financial performance.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing of invoices.
• Support the finance department in audits and financial compliance.
• Collaborate with accountants for accurate bookkeeping and financial documentation.

Recruitment Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage job postings, screen resumes, and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Work with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment insights.
• Oversee onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidential employee and financial records.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to streamline HR and finance-related processes.
