Job Description

The primary function of this role is to be responsible for leading our support team to provide excellent customer service and resolve all issues and queries related to HR.

Responsibility:-

• Ability to answer to queries related to payroll
• Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
• Setting customer service standards
• Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
• Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
• Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
• Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk teams productivity

Requirement and Skills:-

• Min 2.5 years of work experience in general HR functions and payroll.
• Hands on experience with help desk
• Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Team management skills

Work mode & Shift timings:

• Work from office
• Rotational shifts & week offs

Educational qualification:

Graduate
