Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end management of payroll and; HR compliance  
• Responsible to prpreppreparingare foreparefor preparing and sharing and share the compliance reports on periodic basis with concerned stakeholders.
• Responsible for preparation and maintenance of employee records.
• Responsible for configuration of details/settings in HRMS as per agreed policies
• Responsible for Solving queries and concerns related to the HRMS.
• Responsible for verification and clearance of bills and invoices of labor contractors.
• Responsible to stay updated with chathe nging compliance environment and makingake necessary changes in processes in discussion with concerned stakeholders.
• Responsible to prepare MIS as and when required.
• Responsible to maintain and prepare data for internal and statutory audit; and lead the audit as and when required.
