Hr Payroll Analyst

The HR Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing various HR functions related to employee lifecycle management, including attendance, payroll, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration:

• Oversee the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including deductions, bonuses, and other

adjustments.

• Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll activities.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee queries related to payroll.
• Collect IT proofs and finance documents from new joiners.

Statutory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, ESI,

Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).

• Prepare, remit, and file statutory returns (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Handle inspections and compliance with the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act

1948.

• Manage EPF & ETF compliance, including filing challans and registering new

nominations.

• Prepare and file required compliance reports and documentation.
• Handle legal audits and ensure timely renewals of licenses.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor'ss degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,

Masters degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Languages known: English (Competent), Hindi (Basic)and Kannada (Competent)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
