Position Purpose:

Responsible to monitor and supervise the smooth implementation of HR complainces at various MRFs and VAF and responsible for internal and external HR audits

Key Accountabilities

Role Descriptors

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to labor law compliance, industrial relations, grievances, and employee welfare.
  • Lead and set efficient processes for all internal as well as external audits to minimalize NCs.
  • End-to-end manage IR and HR compliance matters as per internal and statutory requirements and submit reports to internal stakeholders on periodic/need basis.
  • Oversee the implementation of employee welfare programs and benefits in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies. This is exclusive of its trainings and communication.
  • Responsible for monitoring and filing POSH reports and returns.
  • Ensure timely submission of HR related data for NEPRAs ESG reports.
  • Foster positive relations between NEPRA and relevant government and regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare necessary MIS reports as and when required for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation in areas related to IR and compliance.
  • Implement the ETI Base code.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related degrees

Experience

Relevant experience of at least 4 to 5 years 

Must Haves

Well-versed with Acts relevant to the Organization such as (but not limited to):

Companies Act 2013, Factories Act, 1948, Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948, Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Payment of Wages Act, 1936, Maternity Benefit Act, 1961, Shops and Establishments Act, Equal Remuneration Act, 1976, Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, etc.
