Job Description

Location- MIDC Supa (Maharashtra)

Experience - Min. 6 Years

Salary - 9 LPA

Require Only Male Candidate

• Liaison with all local and statutory bodies.
• Handle the labor law activities of the plant.
• Complete details of compliance that need to be followed as per factory act.
• Adhering and complying in all applicable labor and statutory laws.
• Liaise with local government authorities.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR MIS report (Monthly) and present findings to senior management.
• Ensuring monthly challan i.e PT,PF,ESIC,TDS,MLWF etc.
• Liaison with Local / Govt. authorities for getting approvals, clearance, NOCs as required.
• Oversee and co-ordinate all necessary safety related tasks including training, inspections, internal audits, Reporting and compliance with governmental regulations.

* Should have hands on experience of preparing and submitting all legal documents, returns as per factory act , Labour Act , mlwc. and other related govt depts or body.

* Self motivated, able face any challenge, govt audit, queries, take appropriate decision while sorting out an issues related to labours, staff, local bodies.
