Executive/Senior Executive HR

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end to end HR operations.
• Manage attendance and leave for all the employees in the vertical.
• Manage Payroll and prepare Payroll input for timely salary disbursement.
• Manage day to day HR operations of the vertical
• Manage Exit formalities, inlcuding exit documentation, timely clearence and full and final settlement.
• Support other business/ HR functions as and when necessary.

Preferred candidate profile :

4-6 years of hands on experience in HR operations management including attendance , leave and payroll management.

Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders is required.

MBA in HR/IR or related post graduate degree is preferred.
