Head - Quality Assurance - Real Estate (12-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Strategy and Standards: - Develop and implement comprehensive quality control and assurance frameworks tailored to luxury real estate projects.

- Define quality benchmarks, procedures, and guidelines aligned with Isprava's standards of excellence.

- Quality Assurance: - Oversee the inspection and testing of materials, processes, and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations across all projects.

- Process Optimization: - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance construction quality and efficiency.

- Introduce best practices and innovative technologies to achieve consistent quality outcomes.

- Team Leadership: - Build and lead a skilled quality assurance team, including inspectors and quality managers.

- Provide training and mentorship to teams to instill a quality-focused culture.

- Vendor and Contractor Management: - Evaluate and approve vendors and contractors based on quality criteria.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure vendor compliance with quality standards.

- Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain detailed quality reports, audits, and documentation for all projects.

- Provide periodic updates to senior leadership on quality metrics and improvement initiatives.

- Client Satisfaction: Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand quality expectations and address any concerns.

- Ensure the delivery of luxury properties that reflect Isprava's brand promise and client vision.

- Key Qualifications: Advanced certifications in Quality Management (e. , ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma) are preferred.

- Experience: 12+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within the real estate, construction, or luxury property sectors.

- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and quality control processes.

- Leadership: Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

- Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on detail and a commitment to delivering impeccable quality.
