Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and handover.
- Oversee all project activities, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality control.
- Manage and collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and environmental sustainability practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and government authorities.

- Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in project management within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, mixed-use commercial/hospitality projects.
- In-depth understanding of high-rise building development and construction methodologies.
- Strong civil engineering background with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
