Responsibilities:
- Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output.
- Organize department meetings, conduct personnel reviews, and attend managerial meetings.
- Participate in organization-wide strategy planning and expand our thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth.
- Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years experience, with 7 to 8 years of experience in a People Management role.
- Good to have : Experience with Hospitality/Luxury Brands.
- Good to have : Experience having grown a Brand or established a brand presence.
- Sound understanding & proven experience in Marketing concepts & positioning.
- Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships.
- Ability to coordinate the efforts of a team of diverse creative employees.
- Ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution.
- Expertise in digital & on-line strategy.
- Strong understanding of the entire acquisition funnel from creative design to media buying to user acquisition.
- Strong understanding of how to drive user acquisition on multiple advertising channels.
- Exceptional communicator, speaking and writing clearly, concisely, and compellingly.
- Is able to create clarity even in ambiguity.
- Comfortable with structuring and conducting quantitative analysis to develop data driven decisions to grow partnerships, identify new areas of opportunity and demonstrate business impact of our partnerships to internal and external stakeholders.
