Chief Development Officer - Real Estate Fund (1-2 yrs)

Our client is one of the India's largest Real Estate Fund with a Pan-India presence.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:.

- Provide leadership and insight to the construction management team.

- Share technical expertise and innovative trends in the construction industry.

- Ensure continuous improvement of business processes by incorporating industry best practices for operational control, reporting procedures, and people systems.

- Mentor and develop leaders to support the strategic objectives of the organization.

- Deliver construction projects within the required parameters of budget, time, and quality.

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Team: All site teams (Pan India), Development management teams and Head office Project management team.

Must Requirements:.

- 20-30 years of solid work experience.

- Large-scale Townships or Industrial & Warehousing or Manufacturing or Massive Mixed-use asset experience is a Must.

- Ideally spent entire project lifecycle (At least 3 years tenure with last few firms).

- Leadership experience in managing multiple projects of massive scale.

- Postgraduate degree or NICMAR qualification is a plus.
