Job Description

Title: Sales CRM Coordinator

Department: Corp Sales and Marketing & Corp IT

Reports To: General Manager Sales and General Manager IT


Job Summary: The Sales CRM Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the hotels Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating sales activities, maintaining client databases, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate all client information, sales activities , and follow-up actions.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, and sales reports. Coordinate with various departments to ensure client needs are met.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage events, meetings, and appointments for the sales team. Ensure all details are communicated effectively to clients and internal teams.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in creating marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling, filing, and other administrative duties to support the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in CRM software, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Attributes: Highly motivated, self-starter, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Environment: Office setting within the hotel.
  • Hours: Full-time, may require occasional evenings or weekends depending on events and client needs.
