Urgent hiring for Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales

Location : Delhi (Saket)

Chennai (Guindy)

Job Summary: This role will assist the sales team in preparing the quotations and procuring and negotiating the rates with the customer to close the deal. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare quotations based on the inputs given by the sales Team 
• Procure/Negotiating rates for air, sea Import / Export Shipments 
• Receive and acknowledge each and every incoming inquiry within the stipulated time.  
• Log inquiry, procure rates from origin location & Quote within the stipulated time.  
• Follow up with destinations for outcome/renegotiation. 
• Compile a fortnightly report of quotes made & their output.  
• Follow Up with Sales Team to Confirm Shipment after Quotation
