Business Development & Sales coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to meet company growth targets and sales projections.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, events, meetings, and strategic outreach.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, financial projections, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute effective promotional campaigns.
• Ensure seamless operations by coordinating resources, team tasks, and event logistics.
• Act as the key liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new market opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the event management industry.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Solid experience in preparing financial projections, proposals, and reports.
• Self-driven and proactive with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of the event management sector and market trends is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
