Role & responsibilities

• We are seeking a skilled and dynamic CRM Manager/Executive to oversee and optimize our customer relationship management strategies. The role involves managing CRM systems, analyzing customer data, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and engagement.

• Retention of clients, Meeting key stakeholders for weekly/monthly/quarterly portfolio review Managerial & Behavioral Punctual, Drive for results, Decision Making skills, Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical and listening skills, Team Management, Functional, Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Solid customer focus and should be able to operate well in teams.
• Good telephone manner, Ability to develop and motivate staff, Great confidence and an excellent business sense. Should be able to set, satisfy, and exceed targets.
• Attend the assigned cases and follow up
• follow up on 2nd level esculation cases
• Email the daily report of approved/settled/rejected/reopened/query to the reporting manager
• Send email to reporting manager for escalation cases
• Email daily report on query pending /document pending from s
• Conduct Morning Review meeting with other Departments at 11.00 AM
• Training the new employees
