Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:
• Masters degree in law (LLM).
• A special focus on Labour Laws and RTI preferred.
• Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience in legal practice, especially in the areas of RTI, Labour Laws and Case Review.
• Experience in drafting legal documents and presenting cases in court.
• Familiarity with labour-related disputes, employee rights, and the process of court hearings.
• Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail in drafting legal documents.
• Knowledge of Indian RTI Act, Labour Laws, and court procedures.
• Strong problem-solving ability and legal reasoning.
