Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. POSH Compliance:

• Conduct and facilitate POSH training sessions for employees.
• Assist in the formation and maintenance of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in accordance with the POSH Act.

2. Documentation:

• Vet and draft legal documents, including but not limited to:
• Company policies
• Appointment letters
• Agreements and contracts
• Prepare and share minutes of meetings with clients following POSH training sessions.

3. Legal Correspondence:

• Draft replies to legal matters and ensure timely communication regarding the next date of hearing.
• Prepare responses to notices from ESIC (Employees' State Insurance Corporation) and PF (Provident Fund) authorities.

4. Research:

• Conduct thorough research on various Acts, policies, and notifications relevant to the organizations operations.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.

5. Administrative Support:

• Assist in maintaining legal records and documentation.
• Support the legal team in various administrative tasks as required.
