Legal Compliance - CS Fresher

Job Overview:

1 Assist Section Head of Internal Audit in the preparation of quarterly and yearly legal audits plan.

2 Conduct audits to ensure strict adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

3 Review work completed by other team members to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

4 Perform the audit cycle starting from execution to report finalization;

5 Adherences of audit timeline of completion of filed work, observation finalization to presentation.

6 Monitor, track and report status of implementation of audit action on regular basis;

7 Maintain accurate and comprehensive audit documentation for audit.

8 Manage online legal compliance tool relating to compliance and user mapping

9 Conduct the training programs to enhance proficiency in utilizing the online compliance management tool.

10 Collaborate with external agencies and business team to provide support in the assessment of legal compliance applicability and facilitate the implementation of legal compliance processes for new business ventures or locations.

11 Track and circulate the legal compliance update received from external agency to respective business team.

12 Execute management audit activities with an aim to deliver quality work within defined timelines.

13 Prepare and conclude audit report with all the stakeholders along with the risk and recommendations.

14 Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with auditees to gather information and discuss audit findings.
