Manager Legal & Compliance

Responsibilities :

• Drafting legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Manage & monitor regular secretarial compliance.
• Assist in training and educating employees on compliance-related exams.
• Handle routine ROC filings and ensure all submissions are accurate and timely.
• Maintain and update statutory registers and records.
• Offer legal support and advice to various departments as needed.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
• Support the Manager in handling compliance-related inquiries and investigations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance.

Qualification :

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Educational qualification :

Semi Qualified CS at Professional Level Exam

Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience.

Compensation Range :

Fixed: Based on experience

Variable: Based on performance.
