Position description:
Prefer to have knowledge of PMLA and from stock broking company/financial industry.

• Drafting, Vetting, negotiating and Finalization of Contracts, and other Deeds, Instruments, Documents and Writings.
• Shall have ability to independently Draft and prepare Pleadings (e.g. Plaints, Written Statements etc.) in suits and proceedings as required
• Has good knowledge of litigations, PMLA and Criminal cases and well-versed with various Laws in India.
• Render all assistance to the members of Senior Management and Legal Head for Litigation and other matters on day-to day basis and has ability to diligently perform all the other tasks assigned in time.
• Liaising with External Lawyers and travelling to different locations whenever required.
• Completely responsible for end-to- end documentation Management, Indexation and Retrieval of the same as and when required.
