Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engaging with various stakeholders to understand project requirements and providing appropriate recommendations on execution.
- Creating business plans and GTM strategies and implementing strategic & tactical initiatives towards revenue generation for projects as applicable
- Managing the P&L of projects with complete ownership of all decisions made towards the same.
- Using data to understand sales trends / market trends / customer behavior and making relevant recommendations to top management based on this data.
- Developing new initiatives & new business units
- Creating policies, guidelines and SOPs around sales, marketing, and administrative activities
Competencies:
- Clearly able to differentiate right from wrong with a strong moral compass.
- Capable of taking ownership of complex problems & structures
- Adaptive to different / rapidly changing circumstances
- Comfortable with operating within chaos / with limited information
- Able to work with a variety of people and manage their expectations with finesse.
Qualifications:
- MBA (Top Institutes).
- 10-15 years of experience hard coded in similar roles in a networked organization
- Understanding of sales and marketing concepts & theory
- Ability to analyze data and derive trends/understanding from it.
- Fluent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power-point, Excel)
