About the Role:
Lead socials & content management end to end - manage the voice of the organisation on socials and for a budding publishing community that is moulding education about the ever-appreciating Land of India
Reporting To: Head - Brand Marketing
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Create / Curate / Manage content being published on social platforms - Youtube & Instagram
- Develop Content strategy towards consumer education on the category primarily through video and printed formats
- Identify Target audiences to tailor content made for them. .
- Community Management - Foster meaningful interactions with audience
- Deploy social media tools & SEO for organic growth of platforms
- Plan / Deploy / Manage the budgets for paid growth
- Use Analytics tools to track performance, measure success based on key metrics
Experience & Education Required:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing / communications or related
- 3-5 years' Experience in Digital marketing, social media marketing
Key Skills and Attributes:
- High on initiative and consumer first thinking.
- Excellent verbal & written communication for crafting compelling messaging, creative content
- Knowledge of financial investments or real estate is a plus.
- Preference for candidates who have managed YT & Insta channels
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with senior C suite stakeholders
