Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams to streamline processes and optimize performance.
- Create actionable plans and frameworks to improve pipeline management and resource allocation.
- Support leadership in decision-making by providing insights through reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to measure the success of sales and operational strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies and drive competitive advantage.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on business goals and strategic priorities.
Experience: 3-5 years
Background: MBA from premier A business schools
Previous Roles: Consulting, Chief of staff, EA to CEO, CFO etc, Demand planners in FMCG etc.
Organisations: E&Y, McKinsey, Consumer tech, FMCG, New age logistics like Delhivery etc, , P&G, Aditya Birla Retail, Metro CNC, Coke, Cadilla consumer division, Reckitt , BCG etc.
