Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Sales Manager/ Sales Manager in Pune at Property Station.

The role involves:

- Recruiting and leading the sales team across West, East and Central Pune.

- Collaborating with developers and assisting customers in making informed decisions.

- Team reporting, market analysis, negotiation and Closing.

- Budgeting, MIS and P&L Handling at Branch Level/ Team Level.

Qualifications:

- Total 3 Years of Experience and Min 03 Years of Team handling experience in Real Estate Sales.

- Sales/Relationship Management and Team Leadership skills.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

- Knowledge of Real Estate market trends and regulations.

- Experience in customer relationship management.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
