Key skills for the job
To identify potential customers and ensure successful closure of sales for the assigned project.
To identify new markets to explore and sell the assigned project.
Responsible for coordinating with the legal/ accounts department to collect all the documents (APF documents) required for his/her respective projects and submit them to different banks and get thei r loan finance approvals for customers.
Responsible for planning and developing a strong digital sales presentation that is in tune to his/her pre-determined sequence of delivering information effectively. He/she will also be responsible for ensuring that the sales presentation and the general pitch of the sales personnel under him/her are of the highest standard.
You are also responsible for developing a sales pitch sequence at the sales office in which you incorporate physical models, brochure and other sales material available to you in a diligent manner.
You are responsible for effectively executing site visits for potential customers that are qualified for the same by the pre-sales executives. You must organize vehicles by coordinating with the admin department that will offer a door to door service to the potential customers.
You must consistently schedule follow ups with customers who have visited your site and provide any further information the customer may require to make a decision. You must achieve the monthly targets set by the management for number of site visits to be conducted and the closures to be achieved each month.
Skills Required:
Should have Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in Real Estate Sales.
Should be smart, dynamic with good communication skills.
