Own and lead ROI calculation for key GTM initiatives/ programs
Analytical support on trade promotional management, ROI analysis on what s working / not working by brand. Competitive benchmarking on promotions.
Work across Channels (Traditional Trade, General Trade, Ecom, Govt. Channels Out of Home, Exports) on channel/ customer profitability and work towards a win-win Joint business planning with the customer team.
Lead and own cost saving initiatives across the value chain from distributor to consumer, implement CTS ( cost to serve ) mindset in the team and track the same by channel/ customer periodically.
Drive Visi-cooler governance and collaborate with Finance Operations team for driving overall commercial hygiene
Controls and process:
Ensure accurate provisioning is being done for trade promotions, set up right systems/ processes and knowledge bank for future reference.
Enable right process for target setting / field force initiatives in a manner in which it meets the overall business objectives.

Computer Skills - High proficiency in using MS Office tools, SAP and BI Dashboards
