Job Role

• Manage new enquiries over calls, emails and whatsapp.
• Should be able to confidently explain all services verbally or in written form.
• Identify and understand the need of the patient and offer suitable solution.
• Should be diligent at following up with patients.
• Give patient appointments, do reminder calls, appointment rescheduling etc.
• Maintain and manage details of all communication.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude while representing our brand.
• Engage in effective and persuasive conversations.

Job Qualification

• Very good communication skills
• Should be friendly and very confident
• At Least 2 year experience in sales/customer service or similar position.
• Comfortable working on a computer/laptop
• Basic MS excel skills
