Python Developer Lead

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and deploy machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

2. Work with large datasets, perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.

3. Build predictive analytics and data visualization solutions using Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly.

4. Implement and fine-tune NLP models for text processing and sentiment analysis using spaCy, 5. NLTK, and Hugging Face Transformers.

6. Optimize and deploy AI/ML models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

7. Develop and maintain data pipelines using Airflow, Kafka, or Spark.

8. Work with databases like SQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL for data extraction and analysis.

9. Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business teams to implement AI-driven solutions.

10. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, ML, and analytics.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Proficiency in Python with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.

2. Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

3. Knowledge of Big Data processing (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.

4. Experience in deploying AI models using Flask, FastAPI, or Django.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in statistics and probability.

6. Experience working with cloud-based AI solutions (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, or Azure ML).

7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
