Python Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, and Data Science. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions that solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate should have experience working with frameworks like PyTorch and Scikit-Learn and should be comfortable handling large datasets, training models, and optimizing AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models for various applications.
• Work with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and TensorFlow to implement efficient models.
• Design and develop AI-powered applications using Python.
• Analyze and preprocess large datasets, ensuring data quality and model effectiveness.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other team members to create end-to-end AI solutions.
• Deploy trained machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance.
• Keep up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and research papers.
• Optimize models for speed, accuracy, and scalability for real-world use cases.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented Python code to ensure maintainability and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, along with experience in libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn for data manipulation and visualization.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms using Scikit-Learn and deep learning models with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with data preprocessing techniques, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for AI/ML model deployment.
• Proficiency in using version control tools like Git for code management.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
• Understanding of MLOps tools and best practices for managing AI/ML workflows.
• Previous experience deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications with performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark for large-scale data processing.
