Mean Stack Developer

Role & responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MEAN stack.

• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for high-performance applications.
• Develop dynamic user interfaces using Angular and integrate them with backend services.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT, OAuth, etc.
• Manage and optimize MongoDB databases, including indexing and performance tuning.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, DevOps, and QA engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

● 6+ years of experience in MEAN stack development.

• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
• Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Experience in cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploying applications.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of authentication and security best practices.
• Experience with version control systems like Git, GitHub, GitLab.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automation.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with NestJS for building scalable backend applications.

● Familiarity with NoSQL and SQL databases beyond MongoDB.

● Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

● Experience in serverless architectures and cloud functions.

● Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js (Bonus).

● Certifications in cloud computing or full-stack development.
