Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our F&B operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing event sales enquiries, preparing menus and quotations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The role also involves managing F&B orders, supervising staff, and controlling finances to maximize profitability while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Handle and close event sales inquiries, ensuring smooth coordination from enquiry to execution.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to design, update, and innovate menus as per customer preferences and market trends.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels, ensuring cost-effective procurement and minimal wastage.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations in accordance with industry standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
• Implement strategies to increase sales, enhance profitability, and optimize cost management.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profit margins.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and health regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and solve operational challenges.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Proficiency in F&B software, POS systems, and cost-control tools is a plus.
