To conduct Regular Training and Knowledge Sessions for Internal Employees across the Zone for continuous Knowledge upgrade, Keep the Sales Team updated with any product related information and ensure each employee speaks the same language (Common Pitch). To conduct Regular Huddles/Conference Calls / Meetings with Distributors and articulate products and Market Outlook effectively, position products in the best interest of all stakeholders, simplify all aspects of Capital market. To actively work on D & E counters with Sales team and include them as part of their branch visit Providing critical ground Feedback for enhancing business activities, any other feedback pertaining to branch/ distribution/ team/Customer Service etc gathered during branch visit Accompany Sales RM in key distributor meeting (Advisory IFA, UHNI, Private Wealth RM) and closely manage Key Family Offices/UHNIs in the respective region.Responsible to enable sales by leveraging product knowledge and supporting the sales team. Primarily responsible for conducting product trainings and knowledge sessions for internal employees and distributors and achieving product level targets for the assigned Region. To be the Single point of contact for all Product related queries in the Region
