HANA ABAP & HANA Modeling Senior Consultant

Skills : ABAP HANA, CDS, ODATA with RAP.
Lead Design and Development: Oversee the design, development, and optimization of complex ABAP programs and solutions, including SAP HANA data models (calculation views, CDS views) and applications using the ABAP RAP model.
Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance on best practices across ABAP, HANA, CDS, OData, and RAP development. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and performance standards.
Collaboration and Requirements Translation: Collaborate closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Ensure alignment of IT solutions with business objectives.
Optimization and Performance Tuning: Optimize data models, CDS views, and OData services for performance, scalability, and security. Manage HANA database performance, security, and backup processes. Implement data integration and provisioning using various methods like SLT and SDI.
Development of OData Services: Design and implement OData services for SAP applications, ensuring they are robust, secure, and optimized for integration with Fiori and UI5 applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OData service consumption.
Leadership in RAP Development: Lead the development of applications using the ABAP RAP model, focusing on scalability, cloud-readiness, and adherence to best practices for RESTful application development. Provide architectural and technical oversight for RAP-based solutions.
Innovation and Strategy: Drive innovation by exploring new SAP technologies and methodologies. Engage in strategic planning for SAP architecture and development roadmaps, ensuring the continuous evolution and improvement of SAP solutions.
Project Leadership: Lead project teams, manage timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions. Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to facilitate effective communication and project success.
