Key Responsibilities

- Framework Design & Development: Lead the design and implementation of advanced automation frameworks tailored to our applications, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of excellence in automation practices.
- Test Automation: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools such as Selenium and Appium, focusing on both UI and API testing.
- Quality Advocacy: Champion best practices in testing, ensuring that quality is embedded at every stage of the software development lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills

- Automation Expertise: Extensive experience with Selenium and Appium for web and mobile application testing.
- Programming Proficiency: Strong command of Java for developing robust automation scripts.
- API Testing Knowledge: Proven experience in API testing methodologies and tools.
- Framework Innovation: Ability to architect and implement custom test automation frameworks from the ground up.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
