Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mobile Automation Testing Lead with 7+ years of experience who has a strong background in API testing and mobile automation. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading a team of 4 members (junior or semi-senior testers), ensuring high-quality deliverables, and working in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 testers (junior/semi-senior) in mobile automation testing.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications on Android and iOS.
• Strong expertise in API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, SoapUI, or similar.
• Implement automation frameworks using tools like Appium, Selenium, TestNG, Espresso, XCUITest, etc.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix defects early in the development cycle.
• Define test strategies, review test cases, and ensure test coverage across various mobile platforms and devices.
• Work with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.) to integrate automation into the development pipeline.
• Analyze automation test results, troubleshoot failures, and report defects effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile automation and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills:

✅ Mobile Testing: Experience in testing Android and iOS applications (manual & automation).
✅ Automation Tools: Expertise in Appium, Selenium, Espresso, XCUITest, or similar.
✅ API Testing: Strong hands-on experience with Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools (must-have).
✅ Programming: Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
✅ Test Frameworks: Knowledge of TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or similar.
✅ CI/CD Integration: Experience with Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
✅ Team Handling: Prior experience in leading a team of 4+ members (guiding, mentoring, and reviewing work).
✅ Agile Environment: Understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or Agile methodologies.
