QA Test Manager For Automation & Manual Testing

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for mobile and web applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design, develop, and manage robust automation frameworks for iOS, Android, and web platforms using tools like Appium and Selenium.
• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies in collaboration with development, QA, and business teams.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, coverage, and quality metrics, ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
• Mentor and guide QA teams, fostering technical expertise and team growth.
• Manage onsite projects, coordinating effectively with international stakeholders, particularly in African regions.
• Ensure responsive design testing and compliance with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Technical Skills:
• Strong experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
• Proficiency in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web platforms.
• Programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and related technologies.

Leadership & Management:

• Proven ability to lead QA teams and manage distributed projects efficiently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility to travel internationally (primarily to African regions).

Additional Qualifications:

• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience working with international clients and cross-cultural teams.
