Power Automate Developer - Gen AI

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud Flow).
• Lead the identification and implementation of process automation opportunities across multiple departments.
• Review and enhance process flows, code, and automation solutions for efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation workflows, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Support QA processes to ensure high-quality solutions and create end-user documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, QA, and Product Owners, to deliver impactful projects.
• Keep abreast of emerging RPA technologies and recommend tools or approaches to enhance solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in RPA development, with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate.
• Proficiency in SQL and basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflow automation, and optimization techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
