Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. This position will be pivotal in offering a new sourcing service to our internal clients with a focus on identifying, pipelining, and engaging the right talent to meet immediate and future hiring needs. In this role, you will partner with Recruiters across the globe to support assigned vacancies.

This is a temporary role.

What you will do:

As Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will:

• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to proactively source and identify potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through effective communication and personalized engagement strategies.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and align sourcing efforts accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in relevant pipeline projects and support the transfer of information into the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support the Talent Attraction and Sourcing Experts to track and report on key sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and competitive landscapes to provide insights that drive effective sourcing strategies.
• Make recommendations on improvements to sourcing strategies to support the pilot of the service and contribute to its success within the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

Who you are:

We believe you have:

• At least two years of relevant talent sourcing experience.
• Sourcing experience across a variety of profiles, with a preference to those with experience in engineering roles such as Process, Automation, Industrial Engineering.
• A proven track record in sourcing candidates across multiple countries, with preference given to those with experience in APAC, European, and US markets.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• Strong experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficient in using a variety of sourcing tools and techniques.
• Thrives on delivering results, working independently, and testing creative solutions
