Job Title: Account Manager IT Staffing (UK/EU Region)

Location: Pune, India
Experience: 4 to 7 years (2-3 years in IT Recruitment + 2-3 years in Account Management)
Work Timings: 12 PM 10 PM (UK Shift)

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with expertise in IT staffing for the UK/EU region. This role involves end-to-end delivery of IT recruitment, client relationship management, and business growth. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth recruitment operations while maintaining strong client engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End IT Recruitment & Delivery Management

• Oversee end-to-end IT recruitment delivery for UK/EU clients.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of client hiring needs with high-quality talent.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to drive process efficiency and service excellence.
• Monitor recruitment performance, ensuring alignment with client expectations and SLAs.

2. Client Relationship Management & Delivery

• Act as the primary point of contact for existing UK/EU clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Continuously adapt to evolving client needs and recruitment challenges.
• Provide strategic insights and proactive solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

3. Business Growth & Account Expansion

• Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts and secure additional business.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
• Leverage market insights to position the company as a trusted IT staffing partner.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment delivery and account growth.
• Generate reports on hiring trends, recruitment performance, and client feedback.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-7 years (2-3 years in IT recruitment + 2-3 years in account management for UK/EU IT staffing).
• Strong understanding of IT recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and staffing models in the UK/EU region.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end IT recruitment delivery while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Excellent client relationship management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to analyze hiring needs, monitor performance, and improve delivery processes.
• Effective communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
