SAP IBP Consultant - S/4 HANA Integration (10-12 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to lead and drive global SAP IBP and S/4HANA integrations.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP IBP, supply chain planning, and end-to-end solution design, with a strong ability to optimize business processes while collaborating with international teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement SAP IBP solutions, including demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply planning.

- Lead end-to-end IBP implementations and integrations with SAP S/4HANA.

- Configure and customize SAP IBP modules to align with business needs and best practices.

- Develop and execute data migration strategies, ensuring seamless IBP-S/4HANA integration.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable supply chain planning solutions.

- Troubleshoot issues related to SAP IBP applications, planning algorithms, and optimization models.

- Conduct functional testing, user training, and documentation for implemented IBP solutions.

- Stay updated on SAP IBP advancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10-12 years of overall experience, with at least 5-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP.

- Strong expertise in SAP IBP configuration, integration with S/4HANA, and business process optimization.

- Experience in demand planning, supply planning, response & supply, inventory optimization, and IBP Control Tower.

- Knowledge of CPI-DS (Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services) for data integration between IBP and S/4HANA.

- Proficiency in data modeling, key figures, attributes, and planning views in IBP.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BE) or Business Administration (MBA).

- SAP IBP and S/4HANA certifications are a plus.

- Prior experience working with global teams and handling multi-country rollouts
