Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager with expertise in Recruitment, Staff Augmentation, and Sales. The ideal candidate should excel at managing accounts, driving client satisfaction, and contributing to business growth through sales activities. This role requires exceptional communication, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to build and expand client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure account retention and growth.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess client needs and suggest tailored solutions.
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue.
Actively prospect for new clients in Recruitment and Staff Augmentation through networking, referrals, and outreach.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets for account expansion and new client acquisition.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation and branding efforts.
Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality service to clients.
Monitor account performance and proactively address issues to maintain high client satisfaction.
Ensure all client requests and expectations are effectively communicated and executed by internal teams.
New Account Onboarding:
Lead the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring smooth transitions and clear understanding of client requirements.
Work closely with clients to define hiring needs and develop effective solutions.
Strategic Planning and Growth:
Develop and implement account strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue goals.
Leverage market insights to identify growth opportunities and position the company as a trusted partner.
Ownership and Accountability:
Take full ownership of account health, including profitability, growth, and client satisfaction.
Act as a problem-solver and decision-maker in resolving client concerns and operational challenges.
Sales Activity Tracking and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and account interactions in CRM tools.
Provide regular reports on account performance, sales pipelines, and client feedback.
Market Knowledge and Industry Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Provide market insights to clients and internal teams to stay ahead in Recruitment and Staff Augmentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in account management, sales, recruitment, or staff augmentation.
Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage and grow client relationships.
Ability to independently drive sales efforts and close deals effectively.
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Experience onboarding and nurturing new accounts successfully.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and account management software.
Knowledge of Recruitment and Staff Augmentation processes is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales activities simultaneously.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue growth from existing accounts.
Number of new accounts onboarded.
Sales target achievement (new business and upselling).
Client satisfaction and retention rates.
Timely resolution of client issues and account escalations.
