Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

Understand clients business needs and objectives, and develop tailored staffing solutions.

Proactively anticipate client needs and address concerns.

Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities.

Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.

Project Management:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial briefing to final delivery.

Assign and manage resources effectively to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Resolve project-related issues and challenges.

Team Management:
Collaborate closely with internal teams (recruiters, consultants, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Provide guidance and support to team members.

Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in account management or a similar role in a staffing agency.

Strong understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
