Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our HR function and contribute to the overall growth of our staffing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, a passion for people, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced staffing environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee performance and set goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills.
- HR Operations:
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, time and attendance, and HRIS administration.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
- Manage HR data and generate reports as needed.
- Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a staffing agency.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
- Experience in a staffing agency is a significant advantage.
