We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT Staffing and Staff Augmentation client acquisition to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of establishing and managing client relationships, with a particular focus on empanelment and acquiring new clients in the IT sector.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the IT staffing and augmentation space. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and contributing to EverExpanse s overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business development efforts for IT Staffing and Staff Augmentation services.
Proactively identify and engage potential clients for IT staffing and project outsourcing services.
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions.
Facilitate the client empanelment process, ensuring smooth onboarding and continued collaboration.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large enterprise clients and mid-sized businesses.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and potential business opportunities.
Collaborate with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client staffing needs.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management on business development activities and performance.
