Trident Information Systems Corp (USA), part of the Trident Info Group, is looking for Business Development Executive - US Staffing.

Job Title: BDE/ Sr. BDE - Night Shift

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: New Delhi (Remote option also available)

Roles & responsibilities:

• Develop and expand relationships with US-based clients (Direct) to create new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of clients in the US market, for staff augmentation for IT/Non IT requirements. Exposure on Microsoft Dynamics ERP, D365 F&O, Business Central, Salesforce, and Cloud Technologies such as Azure and Power Platform will be an advantage).
• Work closely with IT recruiting teams to source and fulfil client requirements.
• Present solutions to clients, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to identify potential opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile:

• A seasoned business development professional with 4+ years of experience in the US IT staffing, IT services, and solutions industry.
• Proven expertise in the US staffing industry, supported by an existing network of customers.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence in both phone and email interactions.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in technology and sales.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams effectively
