Business Development Manager (HR & Staffing Solutions)

Role & responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Sales: Identify and onboard companies that require workforce management, contract staffing, and HR solutions.
• Market Research & Strategy: Analyze industry trends, competition, and client needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR heads, procurement managers, and business leaders.
• Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present service proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Revenue Growth & Targets: Achieve sales targets and expand business in manufacturing, logistics, and service sectors.
• Collaboration with Operations & HR Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Branding & Marketing Support: Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and social networking forums.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in B2B sales for HR solutions, staffing, or workforce management.
• Strong network of contacts in manufacturing, logistics, facility management, or service industries.
• Proven track record of client acquisition, contract negotiations, and revenue generation.
• Knowledge of labor laws, contract staffing models, and HR outsourcing services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
