We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT technical recruitment, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) will be considered an added advantage.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a critical role in helping us identify and attract top IT talent to support EverExpanse s growth. You will partner with hiring managers to understand the needs of the business and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding, for IT and technical roles.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that attract the right talent.
Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Screen and evaluate candidate applications and resumes for relevant experience and skills.
Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Manage job postings and employer branding on various platforms.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future positions.
Keep up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Handle RPO projects when required, delivering high-quality talent acquisition services to clients
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
Preferred Skills
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT technical recruitment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
Experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Ability to handle multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of professionalism and a positive, results-oriented attitude.
Proficient in using recruitment tools, ATS, and social media platforms for sourcing.
